Warranty



The Watch Library watches come with warranty dated on the day of purchase. Our watches are warranted against any manufacturing defect for a period of 24 months, and 12 months against battery. However, warranty may vary for promotional products with 50% off and above, and unless stated otherwise in the product description.

 

1. What does your watch warranty cover?

The warranty covers these components; the watch movements, hands and dial. Should a covered component be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period under normal use, it will be repaired at no cost.

 

2. What does your watch warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover the following:

i)    External wear and tear from normal daily use eg.

  • Damage to the watch case, bezel, glass and finishes
  • Damage to the watch bracelets, straps, buckle and clasp
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Any lost or missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face

ii)   Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, or a natural disaster.

iii)  Damage caused by improper use, negligence, accident, or used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s guidelines.

iv)  Failure or damage caused by alterations, tampering, dismantling or any repair by a third party.

 

The Watch Library does not honour any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation, or if the serial number or date on the warranty card is missing, altered, or made illegible in any way.
